Registration

Registration is now open.
 Until 31 May 2013: Reduced Fee Registration (Mandatory for authors).
1 June 2013 to 31 July 2013: Final Registration.

The Registration Fee is $750 until May 31, 2013 ($950 afterwards) and includes all meals and breaks Monday – Thursday, the Gala dinner Thursday, the conference proceedings book, a conference kit, and the Tuesday technical visit. On the registration form you will be asked to choose among the Tuesday tours . If any of the tours are undersubscribed, we will have to cancel that one and ask those who opted for the cancelled tour to go on other tours where space is available, hence the first and second choice question

An Accompanying Person registration is available ($500 until 31 May 2013, $600 afterwards) that includes tours Monday, Wednesday & Thursday, lunches and dinners, the Gala dinner Thursday, and the Tuesday technical visit.

Lodging is additional at $139 plus tax per night ($155), or ½ that if you share.

Besides registration and lodging, the only other expense you will have is transportation to and from the conference venue
